HH2 DISPATCH NÉCESSITE UN ABONNEMENT AUX SERVICES WEB HH2 ET FONCTIONNE EXCLUSIVEMENT AVEC LE SYSTÈME DE COMPTABILITÉ DE LA CONSTRUCTION ET DE L'IMMOBILIER SAGE 300, ANCIENNEMENT TIMBERLINE OFFICE OU POUR SAGE 100 CONTRACTOR, ANCIENNEMENT MASTERBUILDER. hh2 Dispatch permet aux répartiteurs et aux superviseurs de techniciens de voir où se trouvent leurs techniciens et ce qu'ils font lorsqu'ils remplissent des ordres de travail sur le terrain. À l'aide des informations recueillies par hh2 Field Service, hh2 Dispatch affiche l'emplacement actuel du technicien, les mises à jour de l'état des bons de travail et les notes prises par le technicien. Cette application utilise les services de localisation. L'utilisation continue du GPS en arrière-plan peut réduire considérablement la durée de vie de la batterie.
