L'étude PATCH (Pre-hospital Anti-fibrinolytics for Traumatic Coagulopathy and Haemorrhage) est un essai multicentrique randomisé, en double aveugle et contrôlé par placebo portant sur le traitement préhospitalier à l'acide tranexamique pour les patients gravement blessés à risque de coagulopathie traumatique aiguë.
